Injection rotary machine designed for the moulding of regenerated PVC resins, recovered from wastes of electrical wires. Melting capacity 500/550 Kg/h. Melting unit with degassing system and thermoregulation equipped with fans. Clamping unit by direct cylinder. Fifth wheel to support the mould holders and to guarantee a proper mould positioning. Proportional controls of all machine movements. Each station is foreseen for hydraulic and pneumatic core-pulls and it may have independent thermoregulation.
PVC range can be supplied till 12 stations and with single and double plasticizing screw up to 1000 Kg/h capacity.
