8 station injection rotary machine, vertical clamping, provided of 2 injection units with reciprocating screw.
This machine is studied for the moulding of two color and/or two component injection. The rotary table can mount 4 mould pairs or 8 mould different in dimensions and shot capacity: each single station is programmable for weight, injection speed, injection pressure etc.
The lower mould platens of two consequential stations automatically slide out of the tie-bars, allowing the removal of injected items and the loading of inserts into the mould. This operation can be perfomed by robots.
