Automatic robotized plant for the production of flexible pipes with thermoplastic material over-injected fittings. The plant is on line with the extrusion and it consists of an injection moulding press with six vertical station rotary table and two injection units for the moulding of two fittings eventually b two differ colours and/or materials. Possibility to process pipes till 3 m length. Expected output 300/350 pipes/hours. Possibility to produce fittings with six different shapes at the same time. Six axes anthropomorphic robot. The plant is also equipped with a counter-table, with synchronized rotation with the main table, for the separate unloading of the ready pipes
