In-line 4-station injection molding machine equipped with a translating injection unit. Side translation of the injection unit carried out by a ball screw driven by a gearmotor equipped with a servomotor. The mold clamping system is hydraulic with hydromechanical locking on the four tie-bars: the movable platen, supported by four sliders, slides on the guides of the frame and it is controlled by two double-acting long-stroke cylinders. The tie-bars have a toothed rack at the end, which is used to lock the movable plates on the rails by means of four jaws.
